2. Services
Draxiqora offers a digital platform for real estate crowdfunding in Belgium. We facilitate the connection between investors and property developers. Draxiqora is not a bank, investment firm or financial adviser within the meaning of Belgian financial legislation, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Risk warning
Investing in real estate through crowdfunding involves risks, including but not limited to: • Loss of (part of) the invested capital. • Delays in project completion. • Limited liquidity: your investment is not freely tradable. • Market risks: the value of real estate may decline. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only invest money you can afford to lose.
4. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for adults (aged 18 or over) residing in Belgium or another EU/EEA country. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — texts, images, logos, designs, software and trademarks — is the property of Draxiqora NV or its licensors and is protected by Belgian and international copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Applicable law and disputes

Draxiqora reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
